On April 14th, Golden Year 4 (2007), members of New York Center’s Supreme Master TV crew set out to present Justin Kvadas with a Shining World Leadership Award. You may remember Justin from News Magazine 180; this young hero has been working to pass a bill that would eliminate smoking in cars with children. With Justin’s initiative, courage, and persistence, East Hartford, Connecticut, USA, will join the wave of other States which protect kids from second-hand smoke.

Along with this beautiful award, Supreme Master Ching Hai contributed US$2,000, to encourage and assist Justin with further studies.
