On April 25, 2002, members of the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association once again visited Tainan Prison to deliver a lecture on spirituality and health. The theme of the talk was "Undulation Energy and the Health Revolution" delivered by initiate Doctor Mei.

Apart from providing the latest information on nutrition, Brother Mei shared his own experiences with the Prison inmates. Brother Mei once suffered from cancer, but recovered by following the proper vegetarian diet. He presented a very incisive and scientific explanation on the relationship between diet, health and spirituality. His interesting and humorous words were very appealing to the inmates, who came to realize that we can transform our lives if we change our diet and thinking.
