On February 22, 1994, six U.S. states jointly conferred the World Spiritual Leadership Award on our merciful and revered Master. At that time, many political figures from around the world sent congratulatory telegrams and messages to Master, who loves all of humanity. They praised Master's spirit of selfless sacrifice in consistently rendering aid to people worldwide who are most in need. During the weeks before Ching Hai Day 2002, fellow practitioners in Lima actively prepared to celebrate the event's eighth anniversary. The Lima Center held a party featuring numerous cultural and musical programs. With devotion and love, fellow initiates and would-be initiates dedicated their songs, dances and poetry recitations to Master. After the performances, delicious vegetarian food was served to all who attended. Through Master's videos and books, we receive Her loving and merciful guidance each day, and our spiritual harvest is really supreme. We thank God for allowing us to come so close to a great enlightened Being, and to constantly receive Her abundant blessings. Wishing Master a happy Ching Hai Day! The Lima Center, Peru |
